Queen Mary

All aboard the Long Beach, California's floating hotel for a night of ghosts and haunts you won't forget. This iconic 1936 ocean liner was named as one of ten most haunted attractions in America by TIME magazine and has seen numerous encounters such as the hanging sailor, woman in white, and more in the hotel. Take a paranormal investigation trek, spirit walk, Halloween cruise, luxury getaway, or historic sail as you learn the creepy history of this D-Day Grey Ghost and War Bridge Boat

Elaine's Victorian Inn and Dinner Theater

This New Jersey inn dates back to the 1860s and is brimming with paranormal activity -specifically a little ghost girl named Emily, who reportedly plays pranks like moving shoes and furniture around to spook guests. The Inn's marketing manager issues a warning to all visitors, however, claiming, "Some people get spooked and just decide they've had enough." A weekend ghost hunting excursion includes staying the night in private rooms along with a professional hunt to see spirits.

Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum

If the criminally insane spark your interest, a night's tour of this West Virginia haunt is fit for only the bravest visitors. In a group or by yourself, guests get the chance to creep around this asylum in the dark with all the ghost hunting equipment they may need to make contact with. Tours go from 11:30 p.m. to 6 a.m., so visitors have to be in it for the long haul.

Prospect Place

Once a spot on the Underground Railroad, this Ohio home was once a passage for justifiably angry slaves trying to make their escape. Labeled the most haunted place in all of Ohio, an 8-hour overnight tour gives visitors the opportunity to experience some seriously scary stuff. All attendees are required to be 18 or older, however, as the owners claim they "will not be held responsible for psychological damage, nightmares or other harm which may occur."

Stanley Hotel

If you haven't seen the film The Shining, immediately shut off your computer and go watch it! The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Colorado, was the setting for this terrifying thriller, but the film is not the only eerie part of this 100-year-old structure. Stephen King himself stayed in Room 217 while writing the novel, and Hotel Director Leslie Hoy claims that years later while Jim Carrey was filming Dumb and Dumber, he checked in and out of the room in under two hours, quickly speeding out of the hotel to the nearest Holiday Inn without a word. Another supposedly haunted room is 401, said to be the place where former housekeeper Mrs. Wilson likes to play tricks on innocent guests.

Crescent Hotel

This beautiful Ozarks hotel, seemingly innocent in daylight appearance, was the location of one of the only full-bodied apparitions caught on thermograph imaging while local ghost hunters toured the famous morgue in the basement. Yes, you heard that right - there's an old morgue in this pleasant hotel. Dr. Norman Baker originally opened the building as a hospital he claimed could cure cancer. Now, the ghosts of the morgue's inhabitants walk the halls. Check out the video of the captured image below.
