Kentucky Kingdom and Hurricane Bay
Welcome to Kentucky Kingdom and Hurricane Bay, Louisville's number one place for good ole' fashion Kentucky thrills and spills!
The entire park consists of 63 acres filled with roller coasters, thrill rides, kid fun zones, a water park area, and even several gorgeous themed gardens throughout. In its entirety, there are over 70 rides and attractions within the park. In Kentucky Kingdom, you will find such rides as the T3, StormChaser, Ferris Wheel, and many classic kiddy rides (plus so many more not listed). At Hurricane Bay, The Adventure River, Deepwater Dive, and Vanishing Falls will greet you.
Between both sections of the park, you can also visit the kid's zone, 5D cinema, or any of the 22 different concessions and eatery options. You will find everything from ice cream at Scoops and pretzels at Auntie B's to burgers at Bayside Grill and nachos at Cactus Jacks.
Be sure to take time to explore the different gardens throughout, each with a theme or color scheme to match the ride nearby. There are several native trees, shrubs, ornamentals, annuals, and perennials all throughout!
