SPACES Sculpture Trail

SPACES Sculpture Trail

"With public art on the forefront of the arts movement in our community, the continued presence of the SPACES Sculpture Trail places the greater Huntsville metropolitan region as a leader in large-scale outdoor art in the state," said Allison Dillon-Jauken, executive director of The Arts Council.

The SPACES Sculpture Trail is located throughout the Huntsville and Madison Couty area and is comprised of 39 total sculptures from over 22 different artists.

The trail was a combined project from the Arts Huntsville association, Alabama A&M University, the Huntsville Museum of Art, Lowe Mills, and the University of Alabama. The project is meant to 'engage and enlighten the Huntsville/Madison County community through a large-scale public art installation', a goal of which it has achieved very well with its colorful installations around town.

Your group can download guided walking tours on their Apple or Android smartphones and follow along as they learn all about each piece!
